Q4 2020 Performance of Top Tabletop Board Games on iOS in Brazil

As the year 2020 came to a close, the tabletop board games category on iOS in Brazil saw varied performances across popular applications. Here, we take a look at the trends for the top 5 tabletop board games, courtesy of data from Sensor Tower.

Chess - Play & Learn experienced a significant upward trend in Q4 with downloads peaking at nearly 10K in the final week of December. Similarly, weekly active users rose consistently, reaching over 39K in the same period. Revenue for the game also saw an ascending pattern, culminating at over $4K in the last recorded week.

Moonfrog's Ludo Club・Fun Dice Board Game also witnessed a positive trend in downloads, concluding with over 10K in the last week of December. Active users fluctuated but ended on a high note at approximately 26K. The game's revenue showed less consistency with a peak of $819 in early November before ending the quarter at $730.

Gameberry Labs' Parchisi STAR showed more stability in revenue, maintaining a range between $200 and $400 throughout the quarter. Downloads saw an uptick in December, finishing at 1.2K, while active users showed a slight increase to nearly 43K by year's end.
